BrightVision

BrightVision from Immunologic is the latest in polymer labelling technology. This simple, robust, easy-to-use, biotin-free detection system is unique, comparing to conventional biotin-streptavidin based detection kits.
The advantage of BrightVision are;

• increased sensitivity
• faster response time / time savings
• eliminate avidin/biotin background
• improve signal-to-noise ration
• better signal amplification (membrane, nuclear, or cytoplasmic)

Decreased binding conflicts result in more consistent staining and better signal amplification. Ultimately, this gives the user higher sensitivity and antibody efficiency. It is scalable from automation to manual bench top applications and may be used with a compatible chromogen of choice. It delivers crisp stains with both rabbit and mouse primary antibodies and is offered in both HRP and AP formats. The polymer is offered for mouse or rabbit or mouse and rabbit.

In the BrightVision Ultimate and BrightVision Ultimate Plus kits DAB (Bright-DAB) is included.

Bright-DAB

Immunologic have also a unique chromogen substrate this is widely used for immunohistochemical staining and immunoblotting, the Bright DAB. This product comes in a two-component system consisting of a liquid stable DAB chromogen and DAB substrate buffer. Bright DAB is a very stable and superior formulation of DAB, this implies;

• faster response time / time savings
• better signal amplification (membrane, nuclear, or cytoplasmic)

Bright DAB can be used both manually and on automated stainers

Diluents and buffers

Normal Antibody Diluents are prepared for use in immunochemical procedures. Antibodies can be diluted directly in this reagent and can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator.
