BrightVison™ from ImmunoLogic is the latest in polymer labeling technology. This robust, easy-to-use, biotin-free system offers increased sensitivity, time savings and detection simplicity. It delivers crisp stains with both rabbit and mouse primary antibodies and is offered in both HRP and AP formats. Decreased binding conflicts result in more consistent staining and better signal amplification. Ultimately, this gives the user higher sensitivity and antibody efficiency.
BrightVision™ offers considerable time savings, protein blocking is optional. It is scalable from automation to manual bench top applications and may be used with a compatible chromogen of choice.
With BrightVision™, you use less antibody, eliminate avidin/biotin background problems, improve signal-to-noise ration, and increase sensitivity for the most economical use of your valuable antibodies.
